It's often difficult to take the time to objectively review what is going on around us when we are thinking about returning phone calls and getting ready for the next meeting.
IES provides limited duration, on-site enrollment and technology audits. Our team of experienced content experts will meet with staff and students, and observe processes in action. The resulting comprehensive report identifies both strengths and opportunities within your entire enrollment process (recruitment to graduation). Data management systems that support enrollment processes are also explored. Institutions are requested to provide pre-audit information to ensure on-site visits are as effective as possible. The results of the audit are compiled in to an extensive report and reviewed with college staff. Together, the institution and audit members determine which relevant strategies best fit the institution’s needs and identify available resources.
