We begin by documenting all your existing processes in our unique Institutional Information Repository. This is the building block for your Business Intelligence system and customized application. IES staff spends on-site time with all your employees to methodically and meticulously document processes (including restrictions, exceptions, etc.), resources, departments, users and more. Data is collected in exceedingly fine detail to allow us to build a customized application that is truly unique to your institution. We estimate approximately 1-2 hours per ‘role’ within the institution is needed in order to gather the detail necessary to generate your application. All information is then entered in to our Institutional Information Repository (IIR). Relationships are made to all data collected. This allows for extreme and complex reporting possibilities! Reports are generated to identify gaps in resources, process inefficiencies, process redundancies and process automation opportunities.

IES staff then meets with college administration to review suggested business logic enhancement suggestions. At this time, our staff will also meet with designated ‘module owners’ to custom design the application screens.You design the application screens and tabs to maximize work flow! Once the application is built to your specifications, IES staff returns to the college to install your software application and train personnel. We develop training manuals and train your staff by department to ensure they are comfortable and proficient with the use of the software.
